Two recurring 45-minute calls per month, focused on strategic planning, creative problem-solving, or refining a big idea
OR up to 6–8 thoughtful email responses per month, including priority feedback and guidance between sessions (typically 10–15 minutes of support per response)
OR light feedback on 1–2 additional items per month, such as product listings, bios, short forms, or social content drafts
OR a mix of the above
+ 48 hours response time incl. weekends

Membership Terms
This membership model is designed to offer flexible, values-driven support while ensuring there’s enough time and structure to make real progress together. Please review the following terms before subscribing.
1. Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a 3-month initial commitment.
After the first 3 months, subscriptions move to a flexible month-to-month model.
You can cancel anytime after the initial period.
2. Using Your Monthly Time
Each tier includes a specific number of support hours per month.
You can use your time however works best for you: calls, email guidance, document review, or a mix.
Time does not roll over, so book early in the month to get the most value.
3. Scheduling & Response Time
Sessions are booked via email or calendar link provided after signup.
Email responses are typically returned within 48 hours on weekdays (some weekend availability for Tier 2+).
To maximize our time, be clear about what you'd like to work on.
4. Pausing Your Membership
You may pause your membership once per year for up to 1 month.
Tier 3 spaces are limited and may not be held during a pause.
5. Upgrading or Downgrading
You can request to change tiers any time after the 3-month commitment.
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades start on the next billing cycle.
6. Invite-Only Tier Expectations (Tier 3)
Tier 3 is available by invitation only.
You'll be asked to complete a short reflection form to confirm alignment.
These relationships are high-trust and collaborative. If it's not the right fit, no hard feelings.
7. Respect & Boundaries

Show up prepared, communicate clearly, and respect timelines.
I promise to be honest, thoughtful, and focused—and expect the same in return.
